Road Construction Office Day 2010 at Fendt

At the beginning of June, the heads of public road construction offices from all over Bavaria, Baden Württemberg and Saxony where guests at Fendt in Marktoberdorf. Fendt and the BayWa extended invitations for the Road Construction Office Day 2010 together. During the course of the day, some 80 guests got a close look at the Fendt factory as well as the complete product line-up that BayWa offers for municipal applications. Of course, the centre of attention was the Vario tractors, which deliver the best efficiency, maximum comfort and flexibility for municipal operations.

After welcoming words in the Fendt Forum by Fritz Obermaier, Head of Sales Fendt IRE (Intelligent Solutions for Industry, Roads and Environment) and Konrad Bauer, Head of the BayWa Municipal and Commercial Division, the guests went on a tour of the Fendt factory. There they got an inside look at the quality-oriented production of Vario tractors.

Directly afterwards, Bauer presented the complete BayWa product line for the municipal sector – from one-axle mowers to the 936 Vario to trucks. The applications and advantages of the various products were then demonstrated in operation. “Our technology offers users clear benefits, not only in operation, but also regarding cost structure, efficiency and versatility,” explained Obermaier. “And as for consultation and service, customers are in the right place here with us. With the BayWa and its specialists for the municipal sector, the right contact partner is always available.”
