The BIGGEST tractor in the Borders!

Case IH owner, Colin McGregor, impressed spectators during the Border Union Agricultural Society Show in June by bringing along his Quadtrac 550, the biggest tractor in the Borders. The event was the first of its kind in Scotland and was set up for Primary Five children in order to provide an insight into all aspects of country living. The event was a great success; there was plenty of interest in the Quadtrac and the children were happy to say they had sat in the biggest tractor in the Borders! Colin also has a Quadtrac 600 and has just taken delivery of a Puma 230CVX. He will soon be hosting a breakfast meeting for large professional farmers to show them the benefits of a Quadtrac.

Case IH attend the ADA Demonstration

Last month on a hot day at the ADA demonstration in the Wisbech Fen, Case IH along with Case Construction displayed a range of equipment, including a Puma 145 CVX complete with an integrated loader and a 15 ton fully-mounted winch. Also on demonstration was a Case IH Puma 160 CVX with a long reach flail mower. Events such as this offer key personnel and decision makers the chance to see the latest range of machinery for the water level management industry.

Case IH takes top prize at The Royal Welsh show!

We are pleased to announce that Case IH was awarded the Best Machinery Trade Stand at the Royal Welsh Show last month. The judges were impressed by the eye-catching stand and found it very inviting. They particularly liked the covered area which customers used as shade during the uncharacteristic Welsh weather!

The Royal Welsh Show celebrated 50° years on its permanent site at Llanelwedd, Builth Wells and drew the highest-ever attendance of 241,781 over the four days.

The 2013 President of the Royal Welsh Show was present to award a plaque to the Case IH team. Case IH Sales Area Manager, Andrew Davies, and After Sales Manager, Martyn Williams, said that they were very proud to be a part of the team that contributed to winning this award.

Farmall and loader photo shoot

Last month the Case IH team took to the field with a film crew to take images and video footage of the new LRZ 100 loader fitted to a Farmall 115A. The weather was perfect for the shoot, which took place near Builth Wells, Wales. The team, together with Ffynon Tractors and Lynx Engineering, took the opportunity to gather some great footage. Look out for the video which will be released later in the year.

Dalgliesh awarded Best Trade Stand at Dumfries Show

R. C. Dalgliesh haven't failed to impress in their first year as a Case IH dealer as they were proudly awarded Best Trade Stand at Dumfries Show on 6th July. The award was given for layout, presentation and activity. As always, the show was well attended and the R. C. Dalgliesh tand had a variety of models on display, including the smaller Farmall models, a Puma 160 CVX and a Puma 185 EHR. All of the dealership staff were there on the day to answer enquiries and many customers have said how happy they are with R. C. Dalgliesh due to their proactivity and support of these reliable tractors.
