1ST VISIT TO LANDPOWER - AUSTRALIA
Our new Australian dealer, LandPower, was called on not so long ago by one of our commercial representatives in order to initiate his sales team to the machines of the JOSKIN range.
During three intensive days of Dealers Training, a Modulo2 tanker was present for the demonstrations and to serve as landmark for the presentation of the slurry tankers.
The JOSKIN product manager at LandPower, Mr. Craig Hopkins, was very enthusiastic about the arrival of such accomplished products as those proposed by the JOSKIN Company.
CLIENTS TESTIMONIALS - SLURRY SPREADERS
RAY COLLINS – HAPPY FARMER
Taranaki (New Zealand)
Type of machine: Modulo2 10000 ME
First start-up: January 2013
Spread quantity: 500.000 l (from January to mid-April)
Spreading product: slurry, water
Place of spreading: pastures
Ray Collins is a milk producer from the Taranaki region (northern island of New Zealand). With his 350 cows, Ray fully devotes himself to his cattle.
M. Collins bought a new Modulo2 10.000 l slurry tanker in January via AMT Hawera Taranaki, dealer member of the Farmchief network. Since then, he has already spread 500.000 l, mainly water. The New Zealand summer indeed caused a long period of drought. Fields had therefore to be frequently irrigated at night. However, M. Collins has now started to spread slurry and the result is very satisfying.
More and more, he realizes the use and efficiency he could get if he had a spreading tool instead of a traditional scatterer. He is therefore seriously considering to buy a slurry injector in a not too distant future.
When he bought his tanker, M. Collins lingered much over the production quality of the vehicle. He wished a liable machine that was preferably galvanized in order to optimize its life span on the long term. Furthermore, the options like the rear buttresses allow to add a spreading tool or the 6" communicating gauge afterward which both lead M. Collins to choose the JOSKIN tanker.
But what M. Collins appreciates most on the JOSKIN slurry spreader, it is the ease of use of the 8" JUMBO left/right pumping arm. Its use is significantly simplified thanks to the sequential block managing the different steps of the pumping sequence. The many seals and bellows on the arm as well as on the reception cone also make operations much easier and quicker.

JOHANNITAG - TRIESDORF
The agricultural school of Triesdorf, located in the north of Bavaria, welcomed on 30th June an exhibition of agricultural machines.
With its own agricultural company (biogas, livestock, arable lands, agricultural machines, etc.), the school gives trainings in real working conditions. Popular and recognized, it attracts students who are ready to travel some thousands kilometers to benefit from this education.
With 600 machines exhibited by manufacturers of agricultural machines and also by some dealers and local contractors, the event reached a new record that it wants to improve next year.
On the JOSKIN stand, we could find a Komfort2 14000 TS tanker fitted with a Solodisc 6020/18SDH injector and especially the Delta2 12500D slurry spreader. This JOSKIN company´s new machine is a real novelty mainly developed for the south of Germany and the areas where tankers with volumetric pump (PTW) are advised.
Visitors, 30.000 in total, were to be seen during the whole day. These people´s attention on the JOSKIN stand was principally attracted by the Delta2!
LIBRAMONT, THE BELGIAN REFERENCE
It is in a serene atmosphere that the 79th edition of the agricultural fair of Libramont (Belgium) opened on Friday 26th July.
Three days later, the event, that became a reference for the Belgian and even European agricultural world, ended on a very positive note, according to the exhibitors´ testimonies.
These 4 days of open air fair attracted, like a every year, politicians and celebrities, including H.R.H. the Prince Laurent of Belgium and his entire family.
Despite attendance peaks on Friday and Saturday, there were fewer visitors at the 2013 edition than at the previous one: 211.722 people against 219.329 for 2012, which was an absolute record year. Despite this decrease, the fair manager draws up a rather positive balance sheet, given the great presence of professionals and Dutch speaking people. The number of exhibitors rose above thousand, which is a new record for this Belgian fair.
Canceled in 2012 because of brucellosis, competitions of bovines and sheep could be reorganized for the greater enjoyment of those who love them.
Novelties and innovations were also present. JOSKIN was not to be left out since it exhibited its new Wago forage platform trailer. Presented for the first time in Belgium, it aroused many requests from customers.
