AI3070 TeeJet® Air Induction - Dual Pattern Flat Spray Tips
The AI3070 TeeJet dual flat spray, utilizing a patent-pending design, provides two spray patterns at complementary angles of 30º and 70º from vertical. The leading pattern provides canopy penetration while the trailing pattern provides thorough coverage across the top of crop canopy. Offered in a range of sizes from -015 to -05.
AITTJ60 High Capacity
Air Induction TwinJet® Tips The AITTJ60 tip series is now offered in larger -08, -10 & -15 sizes ideal for high volume spray applications in ag and turf. This tip uses air induction technology for improved drift control and twin spray patterns for enhanced coverage in a variety of applications.
Push-to-Connect Fittings
The TeeJet family of push-to-connect fittings has been expanded to include 90º fixed position caps, 90º swivel caps and sizes that accept 5/16” tubing. These fittings are commonly used for liquid fertilizer application systems on planters and toolbars.
QJS Nozzle Bodies
The QJS multiple outlet, stackable nozzle body takes nozzle body design to a new level for both pull-type and self-propelled sprayers. The QJS is offered in three wet boom configurations, side or bottom inlet, with a choice of two, three, or four outlets. A dry boom version is also available. The QJS body can be equipped with any combination of TeeJet ChemSaver tip shutoffs including- pneumatic, electric, manual or spring-loaded check valve.
Rapid Stop
Rapid Stop is a feature that can be added to select TeeJet wet boom nozzle bodies such as the QJ360 and QJ17560A. The extended height of the inlet tube allows air to be easily evacuated from the spray boom, reducing the accumulator effect. This results in more rapid tip shutoff which saves chemicals and reduces the likelihood of misapplication.
QJ380 and QJ380F - Quick TeeJet® Nozzle Bodies
The QJ380 and QJ380F high capacity multiple outlet nozzle bodies are ideal for high speed, high volume applications. QJ380F includes an additional high flow outlet at the bottom of the nozzle body, great for liquid fertilizer application. Both nozzle bodies feature three spray positions for easy spray tip changes or quick boom flushing while also providing positive shutoff between each spray position.
540 Series Shutoff Manifold
The 540 Control Valve builds upon the proven reliability of TeeJet electric valves in an exciting new package. The gear driven, plunger-style design provides exceptional closing force for positive shutoff and sealing. When working with abrasive solutions, the plunger and seat can also provide improved wear life as compared to other valve designs.
TXR ConeJet® Spray Tips
The TXR series tips produce a hollow cone spray pattern with Fine to Very Fine droplets. These ceramic tips are ideal for air blast, directed spray and specialty applications where thorough coverage is required. Tips are offered in 12 sizes with an operating pressure of 30-360 psi (2-25 bar).

Aeros is a complete field computer that offers precision guidance, auto-steering, application rate control, mapping, variable rate application, Automatic Boom Section Control (ABSC) and even wireless data transfer.
Radion 8140
Designed with simplicity in mind, Radion offers spraying advantages not found in other sprayer rate controller. Simply set your target application rate and the unique VisiFlo display on the controller will help select the right TeeJet tip for the application. Once spraying begins, the large display shows application rate, volume sprayed, system pressure, sprayer speed, and area covered.
Sentry 6120
The unique Sentry 6120 Droplet Size Monitor is a stand alone droplet size monitor that provides users with real time operating pressure and corresponding droplet size category feedback for liquid applications.
With an image-based interface, Sentry 6120 allows for simple one-touch selection when choosing which spray tip and capacity you are using. An audible and visible alarm alerts the operator when system pressure deviates from your set range.
Sentry 6140
Sentry 6140 Tip Flow Monitor individually monitors the flow from the tips on your spray boom by utilizing a compact flow meter integrated into the individual nozzle body. The nozzle body utilizes CANBUS communication to continuously monitor the flow of all individual nozzles on a spray boom The flow meter detects flow variation that can be caused by clogs, nozzle damage or loss, or upstream flow limitations. Any error is indicated by alarm, display notification and illuminated LED at the affected body.
802 Flow Meter
The 802 flow meters uses a turbine style design for reliable and accurate flow measurement for use with automatic sprayer control systems. Rapid Check flow meter insert design allows for fast, easy disassembly for inspection and cleaning. This flow meter is compatible with both TeeJet and third-party rate control system with operating voltages of 4.5-16 volts DC. The 802 features 75-series flange connections for compatibility with a wide range of threaded, hose barb and flange fittings.

DynaJet Flex 7120
DynaJet Flex 7120 is a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller for use with existing third-party sprayer rate controls.
Used with the TeeJet e-ChemSaver(R) nozzle body tip shutoff, this control allows operators to manage droplet size or flow rate through a standard spray tip independent of system pressure. This allows for greater machine efficiency and droplet size management on new or existing sprayers.
