TeeJet Tip Demos

Agro Napló
Here are some nice videos of TeeJet's most interesting nozzles spraying in no wind vs. 8 km/h wind conditions.

DGTJ60

  • Twinjet nozzles
  • Fine to medium and coarse droplets
  • Very good coverage of bottom and top parts of leaf blades
  • Excellent canopy penetration, but only mid resistant to drift
  • Good for all fungicides and insecticides, but also herbicides for very small weeds in sugar beet (split applications)

AITTJ60

  • Air induced twin jet Turbo nozzles
  • Coarse to ultra coarse droplets
  • Strong drift reduction – 75% in relation to XR tip
  • Extended wear life due to round canals inside of tip (defelctro construction)
  • For leaf-soil uptaken herbicides

TTI

  • Air induced deflector Turbo nozzles
  • Extremely to ultra coarse droplets for ultimate drift control – up to 95%
  • Should be used only for soil applied herbicides or total leaf applied herbicides, when weeds are big (15-20 cm)
  • Extended wear life due to special construction

AITX

  • Air induced hollow cone orchard nozzles
  • Coarse droplets
  • For applications when trees are still without leaves or when wind blows
  • Can be used only in upper part of boom or between TX nozzles
  • Made of ceramic – resistant to wear, can be used even up to 25 bars

TTJ60

  • Twinjest deflector Turbo nozzles with wide sprayer patterns
  • Medium to coarse droplest – medium resistant to drift
  • Excellent leaves coverage and canopy penetration
  • Very good for fungicides and insecticides plus nutrient applications, especially with pressures above 4 bars
  • At low pressures, below 2 bars, good for herbicides – reducing drift to 50%

TXA

  • Hollow cone ceramic nozzles for orchards
  • Long wear life with pressures up to 25 bars
  • Very fine droplets for ultimate leaf coverage and tree canopy penetration

XR

  • Extender pressure range nozzles, 1-4 bars
  • Good spray pattern and quality with as low pressure as 1 bar
  • Fine droplets provide excellent coverage, but are very sensitive to wind drift
  • Good for fungicides and insecticides  - only when there is no wind

TT

  • Deflector Turbo nozzles
  • Medium to coarse droplets
  • Reduced wind drift
  • Extended by twice wear life due to Turbo construction
  • Good to herbicides and fungicides (fungicides with no wind and pressures above 4 bars)

AIXR

  • Air induced compact nozzles
  • Coarse to extremely coarse droplets
  • Wind drift reduced by 50-75%
  • Suit to standard caps (wholes of 8 mm)
  • Short tips – not extrude a lot so little threat of damage
  • Special poliethylen means very long wear life – almost like ceramics
  • Excellent for herbicides with medium wind

AI3070

  • Special air induced Turbo twinjets
  • Coarse to very coarse droplets
  • Direct wide spray pattern only on top parts of plants to provide good coverage in windy conditions
  • Limited evaporation and drift when you have to spray against Fusarium and other diseases
