The acquisition of the Polish compound feed company Paszmark is in line with the implementation of Agrifirm's strategy focused on its core activities compound feed, arable farming and horticulture, co-products and specialties. In the implementation of its strategy, Agrifirm is focused on the growth of its foreign activities in areas such as Central and Eastern Europe.

Paszmark Compound Feed
Paszmark was founded in 1995. The family business employs 29 workers who will continue to work for the company after its acquisition by Agrifirm. The company's capacity is 50,000 tonnes of compound feed and it is located in an area with a high animal density. This brings the second largest poultry and pig farming area within Poland within reach. In addition, the location offers access to the most important cattle region within Poland.
