Consequently, ever greater importance is attached to boosting the efficiency of biogas plants and to producing energy in a cost-efficient way. Equally cru-cial is for the feeding technology to operate with ever greater efficiency. BvL has made the latter the focal point of their work: Energy-saving feeding. The V-BIO Combi uses a hydraulic device to feed the substrate stored in the push-off container into the coupled dispenser. This process consumes only a minimal amount of power: The dispenser merely requires a motor with a ca-pacity of 22kW. Depending on the model used, the flange-mounted push-off system is powered by one or two built-in hydraulic units with a 3kW motor. The V-BIO Combi allows you to feed in large units of difficult substrates. As an added benefit, the V-BIO Combi comes standard with a weighing system. The V-BIO Combi is available as a Single Combi (push-off container on one side) or as a Twin Combi (push-off container on both sides) model offering volumes ranging from 60 to 80 m³.
The energy-saving push-off equipment designed by BvL is becoming the op-tion of choice for replacing dispensing systems in existing biogas plants. |
