At the trade fair, Kramer exhibited a total of four machines, thus providing a good overview of its entire product range. The trade fair guests were impressed by the quality of the wheel loaders, tele wheel loaders and telehandlers and were able to receive comprehensive information.
A special highlight was the demo of the KL25.5e, the first fully electric wheel loader with all-wheel steering in the size class of 0.65 m³ bucket capacity. During the show, visitors learnt about the many advantages of the compact wheel loader and were impressed by the extremely quiet driving style and lack of emissions. The KL25.5e thus manages to perfectly combine the advantages of electromobility with the recognised and appreciated properties of the Kramer brand: manoeuvrability, stability, and constant payload. “We are really pleased to have had the opportunity to present KL25.5e – not only statically but also in a demo – and show that the electric wheel loader is a sensible extension of our product range. Thanks to the fully electric drive, humans, animals, and the environment are not only protected by emission-free work but also the extremely low noise level”, reports Karl Friedrich Hauri, Managing Director of Kramer.
The compact KT276 telehandler with dimensions (height and width) below the two-metre limit was also displayed on Kramer's stand. The Kohler engine model KDI 2504 TCR with 55.4 kW power output is new and meets the requirements of the exhaust emission level IIIB without a particulate filter. The payload of this telehandler is 2.7 t, with a stacking height of 5.19 m. In addition, interesting product improvements have been incorporated into the design and development of the KT276: the new hydraulic system with 90 l/min of discharge volume, electro-hydraulic pilot control and load-independent flow distribution LUDV allow for a load-sensing characteristic of the work functions. A special highlight is the new generation of overload regulation “Smart Handling”, now with three operating modes (bucket, forklift and manual mode). The new “Smart Handling” is a true driver assistance system which ensures fatigue-free operation for the driver in all applications.
In addition to the two new products, the Kramer KL12.5 and KL30.8T will also be on display as additional exhibits. The diverse application areas of Kramer machines in the agricultural sector will be highlighted by the display of a variety of useful attachments. The right attachment can be mounted on the front or rear of the machine to meet any requirement, a highly flexible concept that simplifies many day-to-day work situations: Filling feed mixers, mucking, stacking, transport work, sweeping, mulching, filling biogas systems and winter work. Due to the compatibility with numerous attachments, every Kramer machine can serve as a multi-purpose equipment carrier and can therefore often replace several vehicles, thus scoring with a high level of economic efficiency and machine utilisation. Kramer loaders impress with their all-wheel steering with unmatched manoeuvrability in all applications. The undivided chassis, the backbone of every Kramer loader, also guarantees a consistently high payload and a high level of stability, even when cornering. A trailer coupling enables a Kramer wheel loader to be converted into a tractor and, with a tractor approval, allows unrestricted use on public roads if required. In short, the versatility of Kramer machines saves the investment in special machines and increases the economic efficiency of many processes.
