The trailing shoe distributor “Skate“ allows an even and especially less crop-damaging slurry application on both, grassland as well as farmland. The proven Fliegl screw conveyor-type distributor combined with short discharge hoses ensures that the manure goes where it belongs: into the ground. This leads to low ammonia emissions and thereby to an increased nitrogen-use efficiency. In addition, it prevents soiling of the leaves and the crops remain clean. This results in a better milk quality and a higher feed intake.
With its low deadweight and thanks to its special construction, the trailing shoe distributor „Skate“ is a robust manure distributor and the perfect attachment for every manure tanker. It can be easily retrofitted due to its compact design. Thanks to the small transport width of only 2.6 m and the extremely low installation height of the distributor, driving the „Skate“ becomes even safer: Through the rearview mirrors, the happenings on the sides of the vehicle can constantly be observed. Also, the filling dome can be easily reached which makes the filling from above more comfortable. The trailing shoe distributor “Skate“ can be mounted directly to the slurry tanker or to a three- or four-point lifting device. By swiveling up the trailing shoes, a soiling of headland, roads and service roads is prevented.
Thanks to a special folding mechanism, the discharge hoses are not bent when they are swiveled up and inwards which also increases their service life. Automatic slope compensation in the middle frame and in both side frames provides a perfect ground adaption.
Optionally, a mechanical or hydraulic boom section control can be purchased with which gaps and overlaps can be reduced to a minimum. Your advantage: You can complete your work better, faster and at the same time save on fertilizer.
With the help of a standard comfort control system, the Fliegl Skate can be operated safely and reliably. This system assists the driver and operating errors are prevented. With the push of a button the distribution functions are switched one by one. The ergonomic control panel is backlit and can be separated from the cable by a plug connector and thus stay in the tractor. Folding of the distributor booms is monitored via sensors in every position and a synchronized and damped folding, even on slopes, is thereby possible. With pump tankers, the position of the three-way valve is visually displayed on the control panel. An ISOBUS connection is optionally possible.
The ISOBUS control system offers three different modes: Road, farm and field operation. Unwanted malfunctions are thus excluded.
Further advantages:
- No loss of drawbar load since the trailing shoe distributor rests completely on the ground
- High coulter pressure of 6 – 8 kg per trailing shoe
- Individual height adjustment of trailing shoe distributor possible
- Special angled swivel joints enable a compact transport position on the tank as well as a perfect rest in the operating position
- Automatic drip stop by swivelling up the rods via comfort control
- Excellent manure distribution, low-maintenance and low oil consumption due to the Fliegl screw conveyor-type distributor
- Spring-loaded trailing shoes for optimum adaption to the ground
- Standard electromagnetic control via control panel (1 double-acting connection necessary)
- Mechanical shut-off of single hoses possible
- Simple mounting directly to tanker (even with 30,5-inch tyres) or to three-point or four-point hydraulics
- Comfort control available with automatic folding system and headland function (1 double-acting connection necessary)
- Control via ISOBUS possible (LS connection necessary)
- Narrow hose distance of 250 mm and thus ideal for grassland and farmland
- Robust swivel joints, overpressure protection for pump tankers as well as reliable mechanical transport safety device
