With the help of the mill control of the Lower Saxonian equippers of animal houses, WEDA Dammann & Westerkamp, the workload of the in-house feed production and feed administration can be clearly reduced. In addition, its use ensures exact dosification of the feed components.
The easy to handle control module that is compatible with all customary feeding systems visualizes the components as well as the mixing procedure of the unit via touch screen. With the help of a convenient display, the mixing unit can be completely controlled and operated as with a remote control. Via the intuitive user interface, the process can be operated with up to 15 feed components, 10 product silos, a grain mill, a discharge screw conveyer as well as a dry mixer.
Here, users can choose between the automatic and the manual dosification mode, and they can access ten stored recipes. A minute-by-minute adjustable control of the day's schedule with a mixing and allocation program furthermore makes the preparation of pigs' feed easier. Via an USB port as well as via Ethernet, the users call up their data backups as well as their mixing reports.
Besides monitoring of the conveying processes, the sensors report the filling levels of the component and product silos of the mill control in good time before the empty report. As replacement components, so-called switchover silos are provided.
Information with regard to the mill control that will for the first time be publicly presented on the occasion of the EuroTier will be available for visitors at the exhibition stand of WEDA Dammann & Westerkamp in Hall 17 at Stand D05 from November 15-18, 2016.
