As an added advantage, the site is now significantly bigger. This not only creates the opportunity for a larger exhibition area, which enables the organisers to better meet exhibitors' needs, but also frees up more space for live demonstrations. This optimises the accessibility of the demos and is also beneficial in terms of visitor safety, according to the organisers.
“Throughout this whole process, we worked closely and productively with the Municipality of Noordoostpolder and the Province of Flevoland, among others,” explains event manager Paulien Hoftijzer from DLG Benelux. “It's clear to us that they all appreciate the importance PotatoEurope and are keen to support it in any way they can.” This edition involves numerous partners who actively support the event, including the Aeres Group, Agrofoodcluster, Dutch Food Systems (GMV), the Dutch Potato Association (NAO), Case IH and many more.
