Starting with the launch of the first compact 4-wheel drive models in 1952, SAME has continually produced the most significant innovations in the specialist tractor sector over the past few decades. The company's long and proud tradition brings us  to the launch of the new Frutteto 2017 range; an even more comprehensive, high-performance range, capable of meeting the specific needs of all fruit and vine growers, thanks to the numerous versions on offer. The products range from the more simple models, light and compact, equipped with a fully synchronised five-speed manual transmission and mechanically controlled hydraulic distributors, right through to the high-tech models, equipped with Powershift and electrohydraulic shuttle, high-visibility ‘four pillar' cab, ISOBUS compatibility, individual wheel suspension, hydraulic distributors and electronic hitch. The new SAME Frutteto range offers various configuration options that allow each user to perfectly tailor the tractor to satisfy any requirement.

The particularly small size of the new engine, the modern, economic FARMotion T4 Interim, coupled with the redesigned front axle support have allowed a further reduction in the turning circle of the new SAME Frutteto models, ensuring easy manoeuvring even in the tightest spaces and on the narrowest headlands. SAME's long tradition in specialist tractors has also produced a particularly varied range of cabs, with differing platforms depending on the size of the wheels, and a wide variety of special equipment.

Frutteto S/V ActiveDrive

The Frutteto S/V Activedrive is the proud winner of the prestigious “Best of Specialized” prize, from the Tractor of the Year 2016 awards. This means it is recognised as the number one for high technology in a specialised tractor, demonstrated by the innovative ActiveDrive suspension: a solution using independent arms controlled by an adaptive electro-hydraulic system, which works in synergy with an electronic differential (DTC). An exclusive package for those who want the best, with no compromises in terms of comfort, productivity, ergonomics or safety, which are allow the highest standard.

Frutteto

The definitive all-rounder: a robust tractor, heavy duty and multitasking, compact but also very stable, with smooth engagement, even with heavy loads and equipment mounted on the front and the rear. Perfectly at ease in the fruit orchard, but just as capable in the open field.

Frutteto S

A compact tractor, agile, with smooth control in narrow spaces and when manoeuvring in closely spaced rows, thanks to an even shorter wheelbase and a steering angle of up to 60° on the 4WD versions. Its compact size makes it ideal for working between the rows, while its power makes it suitable for any application.

Frutteto V

This is the specialist narrow tractor par excellence, specifically designed for vineyards with narrow rows. The narrow track, front axle with a steering angle of up to 60° and a short wheelbase (thanks to the compact size of the new FARMotion engines), boost the incredible agility of this tractor in headland manoeuvres.
