After the approval of A items, ministers will hold an orientation debate on the negotiations on the proposed regulation on organic production and labelling of organic products. (See: organic farming background information:

Next the Commission will be invited to update the Council on the market situation in the main agricultural sectors.
Under "Any other business", ministers will also be briefed by the Commission about the preparations for the upcoming 5th EU-Africa summit, which will take place in Côte d'Ivoire on 28-29 November 2017.
The presidency will then inform the Council about the issue of emergency preparedness for plant and animal health, one of the Maltese presidency's priorities.
Next the Presidency will also debrief ministers on the state of play of the proposal for a regulation on veterinary medicinal products, and finally the Commission will debrief the Council on the preparations for the WTO ministerial conference that will take place in Buenos Aires on 11-14 December 2017, and will discuss the introduction of new support rules for agricultural producers.
A press conference will be held at the end of the meeting (at around 19.15) with Commissioner Hogan.
