Ronald van de Ven will be leading this region. “We are working towards a customer centric organisation. As a consequence of the changed organisational structure, there will be no role for a Director Arable Solutions anymore. Until today, John Smit was successfully working in this capacity. In mutual agreement we have decided that John Smit will use his expertise to have a supporting role in setting up Agrifirm North West Europe. Upon completion hereof, he will continue his career outside of the organisation as an independent advisor.
