NORAC TDC is designed to turn tillage into a high-tech operation, regardless of tractor type. It is designed as a "set it and forget it" system that will automatically hit the correct cutting depth in all conditions and terrains. In addition, operators can expect more accuracy than competitive systems, due to the patented technology powering the NORAC ultrasonic sensors.

"The NORAC TDC system is not confined to any one brand, age or model of tillage equipment, nor is it reliant on a Topcon display for operation. Rather, it can be installed on any trialed tillage tool with hydraulic lift and utilize a factory display that supports ISOBUS Virtual Terminal functionality," said Armstrong. "The system is bringing precision to tillage applications for use even on tractors not equipped with the latest technical capabilities."

With the increased accuracy, the TDC system is designed to ensure tillage is done correctly with easy operation and minimal hassle. The automatic system reduces soil compaction and slippage in wet conditions, as well as increases fuel and time efficiencies in the field.

The NORAC Tillage Depth Control system is scheduled for release in Europe on November 7 at the 2018 EIMA Show in Bologna, Italy.
