This year, the biggest self-propelled, SelfLine 4.0 System 1000+ has convinced the expert jury. The award ceremony took place in Moscow on February 5 within the official opening ceremony of the AgroFarm exhibition that has developed into the most important expert exhibition for animal husbandry and animal breeding in Russia, with more than 300 exhibitors from 27 countries. The award is organised by the exhibition organisers of AgroFarm. The expert evaluation is carried out by an independent board of experts.
Best suited for the Russian dairy farmer
“We are very happy about this seventh award, because it confirms our SelfLine models to prove themselves in Russia in practice”, Anna Perederii, division manager for Eastern Europe / Russian Federation at SILOKING, said. “The jury of the AgroFarm Best Product Award pays particular attention if a product is suited for the specific requirements of the Russian market”, Anna Perederii continued.
The award-winning self-propelled SelfLine 4.0 System 1000+ is available with two or three mixing augers with hopper capacities from 25 m³ to 32 m³. With its 3-axle chassis it is designed especially for maximum payload during for road travel. Thanks to the 4-wheel drive the machine copes well with unlevel terrain, slopes and bad weather conditions. The drive unit is a Volvo 6-cylinder engine with a cylinder capacity of 7.7 litres and a power of 286 hp.
“Large dairy farms in Russia often feed 100 tonnes of feed or more per day, 365 days a year. Therefore, the focus was put on maximum reliability when developing the machine. The components mounted are designed for heavy use and long service life,” Anna Perederii declared.
This way, the machine combines precision with power of impact for loading, mixing and unloading feed within a very short time.

At this year's AgroFarm, the company was represented as exhibitor with twelve dealers from all parts of Russia.
