"In the 2 days of Enovitis in campo, we recorded over 6000 visitors, an excellent result for the first trade fair in the sector in attendance, which confirms not only the numbers of the event but also the sector's great desire to start afresh, starting from innovation and experimentation in the vineyard ". These were the Unione Italiana Vini's Chairman, Ernesto Abbona's remarks at the end of the 15th Enovitis in campo. “Agriculture, and in particular winemaking, are among the sectors most firmly rooted in the past and at the same time projected into the future - Ernesto Abbona continued -. From self-driving devices to artificial intelligence and also in the field of sustainability, work in the vineyard anticipates trends and promotes cutting-edge know-how. This year's event is over, achieving a success beyond our expectations, and we are already thinking about the 16th event next year, which will take place in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. We firmly believe we can continue to discuss and grow alongside the main players in the sector in the name of innovation and technology ".
From the planting of the vineyard to the management of soil and foliage, including the harvest and phytosanitary protection and nutrition, Enovitis in campo has confirmed itself as a prime showcase for the entire range of products, equipment, machines and technologies dedicated to winemaking, a live performance of the solutions for increasingly innovative work in the vineyard. But that's not all. At the 2021 Enovitis in campo, the spotlight was on sustainability. "Biotours" were held over the two days, routes designed thanks to the collaboration with FederBio Servizi that highlighted the 36 "most interesting proposals for organic farming (products, technologies, machines, devices, ...).
