The trade fair was an opportunity to preview the BKT Virtual Experience, the brand's new digital platform for users. Over 10,000 logins recorded during the Bologna event.
Excellent results at EIMA for BKT, which after more than a year, returned for the first time to be physically present at the exhibition to meet customers, users and partners.
With over 270,000 visitors, EIMA confirmed itself a real success, exceeding all initial expectations: this is an encouraging figure which finally indicates a partial return to normality. A normality that for the future, however, promises to be more "hybrid", with a digital component that will increasingly intertwine with the physical presence. The months that have just passed, with the well-known restrictions and limitations, have in fact given a decisive boost to digitization processes: a trend that BKT did not hesitate to embrace.
EIMA was a demonstration in this sense. The brand decided to fit out its stand with a totally new concept: for the first time ever, the company decided not to exhibit its products, but to describe them digitally through new methods and channels, such as the BKT Virtual Experience, previewed during the exhibition.
It is a new digital tool which, through a virtual platform, allows you to immerse yourself in and explore the world of BKT. Through the BKT Virtual Experience it is possible to browse to discover all the updates on products, sponsorships and first-hand accounts from the brand's users, interact with other online users and make appointments with BKT experts.
This tool proved to be particularly valuable also for people who were not physically present at the exhibition, especially for international users, who were able to acquire the latest brand news by connecting remotely to the platform.
"In the four days of the fair, more than 10,000 logins to the BKT Virtual Experience were recorded and more than 60 Virtual Meetings were held with BKT experts - says Lucia Salmaso, CEO of BKT Europe - These are numbers that fully meet our expectations and that demonstrate curiosity and interest in this new channel."
The BKT Virtual Experience adds to and enriches the tools and channels available to users to get closer to the BKT world. For the future the company intends to explore and further develop this approach by expanding the virtual world to several segments, and increasing the possibilities for interaction.
Next appointment at Agritechnica with innovations is not to be missed.
