On 14 September, the President of the European Commission delivered the State of the Union address before the European Parliament, taking stock of the EU's achievements of the past year and presenting priorities for the year ahead.

A retrospective of the past year, highlighting the Commission's efforts to strengthen the EU's resilience through the recovery plan NextGenerationEU and through RePowerEU, to make our economies and societies greener, fairer and more digital, able to withstand economic, societal and health crises. On this occasion, we issued a special Ag-Press newsletter, taking stock of the recent achievements and measures for EU agriculture an farmers.
