New Holland Agriculture updates the TD4F Series orchard tractors to meet Stage IIIB emissions regulations and takes the opportunity to introduce improvements and New Holland's new front hood styling. They achieve the required reduction in emissions while maintaining the extremely compact dimensions of their predecessors – so important in the confined spaces and narrow orchards and roof grape or kiwi that they are designed to operate in.

PLM Cygnus-A mid-range receiver and increased IntelliSteer Lite platform support:
- Ideal for IntelliSteer LITE assisted steering and yield mapping:
- Supports PLM1 (+/- 15cm accuracy) and PLM2 (+/- 5cm accuracy) New Holland correction signals, along with PLM Connect RTK (+/- 2.5cm). WAAS and EGNOS corrections also supported.
- Increased vehicle support for customer flexibility - New Holland T4, T5, T6, T7, T8 and T9 Tractors, New Holland Combine Harvesters, numerous New Holland legacy vehicles and mixed fleet solutions available in 2017.
PLM Open system expands to include the support of industry guidance swaths
- New Holland IntelliSteer AutoGuidance now supports an increased number of guidance swaths for increased compatibility within mixed fleets.

New Holland T6 Methane Power tractor prototype makes a statement at SIMA 2017
The development of New Holland's innovative 100% methane powered tractor is making progress and the second generation T6.180 Methane Power tractor prototype has completed extensive testing across Europe, proving its worth in a wide variety of conditions, while the first generation T6.140 has begun a new testing cycle in Brazil.

New Holland's ingenuity and innovative approach received recognition from the international jury panel of agricultural experts, who awarded the coveted Silver Innovation Medal to the New Holland NHDrive concept autonomous tractor, which offers a glimpse into the future of farming that could feature fully autonomous machinery – a vision that could redefine the agriculture of tomorrow. The jury also awarded a Special Mention to New Holland's new design for a more efficient cooling system, the High Efficiency Heat Rejection System.
