SAME Explorer
Significant changes have been made to one of the pillars of the SAME range: The 120 HD version of the SAME Explorer is now equipped with the next-generation 4-cylinder 3849 cm³ FARMotion engine, which complies with Stage IV (Tier 4 Final) emission standards thanks to exhaust gas after-treatment via SCR. Other new features include the new "on demand" 90 l/min dual-pump hydraulic system, the suspended cab with "Hydro Silent-Block" cab suspension (which reduce the vibrations felt by the driver by up to 40%) and new hydraulic distributor controls for even greater comfort.
Meanwhile the 3-cylinder 2887 cm³ FARMotion, which is installed on the agile SAME Explorer 90 MD, is fully compliant with Stage IV (Tier 4 Final) limits on pollutant emissions. The machine's wheelbase is now 50 mm bigger than that of the previous version, which is a great advantage in terms of traction and overall stability. The EXPLORER 90 MD also comes with its cab suspended on "Hydro Silent-Block" cab suspension and new hydraulic distributor controls.
ActiveDrive suspension for the SAME Frutteto
The multi-award-winning electronically controlled independent-front wheel suspension system comes as standard on the innovative SAME Frutteto S 100 ActiveDrive which is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of new features: To offer unrivalled manoeuvrability, this machine now boasts not only a newly designed front axle support, but also the compact 3-cylinder 2887 cm³ FARMotion engine, which complies with Stage IIIB (Tier 4 Interim) limits. The entire cooling system and the style of the cowling are also completely new.
The new SAME FRUTTETO 115 provides 113 HP, which is the maximum power offered by a specialised tractor in the SAME range. The economical 4-cylinder 3849 cm³ FARMotion engine's conformity with Stage IIIB (Tier 4 Interim) standards is guaranteed by the installation of a DOC oxidising catalytic converter (which is maintenance-free). Other new features include the cooling system, the front support (with a new front module) and the captivating contours of the engine cowling.
Rubber tracks for the Krypton³ F
The timeless specialised crawler with track chains; the SAME KRYPTON³ F100, is now being offered with the "ComfortTrack" option with rubber tracks. These significantly increase the driver's comfort by reducing noise and vibrations. Furthermore, this version of the Kripton³ F is far gentler on the topsoil while manoeuvring, and moving from unsurfaced ground to a tarmacked road is considerably easier given that the rubber tracks reduce the amount of soil sticking to the surface.
