Excellent CLAAS service guaranteed for the future

Harsewinkel, 29.05.2013. In January, CLAAS and agricultural machinery dealer Schroeder of Wildeshausen announced the end of their partnership effective from 30.06.2014. Two days ago, Fricke and CLAAS issued a joint press release to announce their new exclusive partnership as from 1 July 2014 on, which will cover additional sales territories in Lower Saxony and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Today, CLAAS would like to inform its partners about the reorganisation of all of the sales territories previously covered by Schroeder.

These territories will largely be taken over by neighbouring CLAAS sales partners. "We are delighted that all of the neighbouring CLAAS partners immediately expressed their interest in taking on additional territories after the end of the previous partnership was announced. This is further evidence of the good relationship we have with our sales partners, a relationship which is characterised by mutual trust and cooperation", said Jörg Sudhoff, General Manager of CLAAS Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.

The details of the reorganisation as of 01 July 2014 are as follows:

Large parts of the rural district of Aurich in Lower Saxony will in future be looked after by Wittrock Landtechnik, a long-standing exclusive CLAAS sales partner.

For the areas between the Weser and Ems rivers, a new CLAAS GmbH (limited company) with headquarters in the rural district of Cloppenburg will be founded.

The areas east of the Weser river up to Lüneburg Heath and north of Hanover, as well as the region around New Brandenburg will be taken over by Fricke in Heeslingen and Demmin respectively. Here, Fricke will sell CLAAS products exclusively.

Furthermore, sales in the Havelland region of Brandenburg will be handled entirely by Brandenburger Landtechnik, an exclusive CLAAS partner.

The same applies for the Jerichower Land region and the region north of Magdeburg, for which CLAAS partner Worch Landtechnik will be responsible in future.

The Magdeburger Börde region will from now on be looked after by CLAAS Braunschweig GmbH.

"The CLAAS sales partners involved in these changes will make use of the coming twelve months to set themselves up in their new territories. New, modern agricultural technology service centres will be established, while existing main dealerships will also be newly integrated into the structure. With the upcoming changes to the sales structure as of 1 July 2014, we will be able to offer our customers the highest levels of customer service and spare parts supply", said a confident Jörg Sudhoff, General Manager of CLAAS Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.
