Milan, June 2014 - Enovitis in Campo is an event dedicated to the best technology in the wine-growing industry that will be on display on 19 and 20 June in the Ca' Tron Vineyards in Roncade (TV).
The future of the industry will be on display actually in the vineyards: innovative machinery that from now on will play a leading role in the vineyard. The best will also be awarded prizes on 19 June by the Committee of the Innovation Challenge competition called upon to choose the most advanced and innovative proposals.
The focus of the event is the future of wine growing; the central role is played by advanced technology.
Yet at the 2014 event, there is still room for an interesting dip into the past: in collaboration with GAMAE (Group for Vintage Farm Machinery Lovers), there will be an exhibition of beautiful antique tractors.
Some of the most fascinating and rare examples of agriculture of the past, rare museum gems that have made history.
It will be interesting to see the comparison between two ways of doing agriculture, in a presentation of the past and the future that will rebuild a piece of Italian history and economy that has developed in our own fields.
Despite being a purely technical exhibition for people in the industry (from professionals employed in the field to students of agriculture), this year the Unione Italiana Vini and Veronafiere, the organisers of ENOVITIS IN CAMPO 2014 have wanted to open up to a special audience.
During the two days of the event, there will be “ENOVITIS IN CAMPO JUNIOR”, a space designed especially for children accompanying their parents to the exhibition in collaboration with Antonio Carraro Spa, Argo Tractors Spa, Claas Italia Spa, Fendt-Agco Italiana srl, Kubota Europe Sas, Massey Ferguson-Agco Italia Spa, Same Deutz-Fahr and Valtra-Agco Italia spa. Even the little ones will be able to experience the thrill of driving a tractor suitable for them, with pedals, in special areas that are completely safe.
It is an engaging way to make the exhibition a family event and inspire the little ones with the passion for an exciting world in direct contact with nature.
