Ideal for farm enterprises with feed rations of high grass content

Premiere at the EUROTIER: the new trailed feed mixer TrailedLine Duo Avant 3227-27 will be displayed in Hanover for the first time. The aim is to provide preferably efficient and timesaving feeding of large herds with a trailed feed mixer and a proportionate small traction engine starting from 100 PS.

The Bavarian feeding specialist benefits from intra-company synergies while developing the new machine: The geometry of the mixing unit is deduced from the Self-propelled System 1000+. The strong conical shape of the mixing hopper and the matching mixing augers enable to break up even feed of particularly high structure and volume like dry grass silage and mix it homogeneously. Based on the bottom plate's little diameter and the hopper shape the power requirement is very low. Fuel costs are reduced.

The new TrailedLine Duo Avant 3227 is a three auger model with a capacity of optional 27 or 32 m³. „Keeping the machine with 3,26 meters as low as possible even at this capacity and geometry was particularly challenging while developing this machine“, says product manager Thomas Wernsdörfer.

With only one hopper filling up to 300 cows can be fed. Amongst others the machine can be equipped with Wireless control, conveyor belt front, discharge doors at the rear left and right and heavy duty magnets.

„The number of farms with 200 to 500 cows is continuously increasing worldwide accompanied by the logistic efforts for the farmers. We see relevant market potential for this innovation“, continues Thomas Wernsdörfer.
