There will be 270 manufacturing businesses, partly Indian and partly from abroad, to put on display their product ranges in front of an audience formed by farmers, agronomists, experts of agricultural mechanization and traders.
The New Dehli event – organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry FICCI and the Italian Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Federation FederUnacoma – has become in recent years an effective instrument to publicize mechanical technology in a country, such as India, that considers farming as a strategic sector and dedicates specific policies and resources to agricultural development.
The Indian Minister of Agriculture, Shri Radha Mohan Singh, will personally inaugurate the exhibition, which involves other authorities of the political and scientific world, offers a rich programme also with regard to events, conferences and technical meetings and will host many official foreign delegations.
