These machines can compensate gradients up to 28% uphill, up to 22% laterally and up to 5% downhill. The new rear levelling system (Extra Balance) is controlled from the cab and operates independently of the tried-and-tested DEUTZ-FAHR Balance system on the front axle. The uniform weight distribution on the traction wheels provides the combine harvester with optimal power to the ground in all types of working conditions yet keeping the overall width within 3.50 m. The 4WD axle and the acclaimed and exclusive anti-skid system, allow the machine to work in the most extreme conditions, ensuring utmost reliability and, above all, driver safety.
The Commander Cab V has been updated, providing the highest levels of convenience with the new Commander joystick, which makes every machine function extremely easy to control, coupled with the new COMMANDER CONTROL MANAGEMENT (CMM) on-board computer with a 7" LED touchscreen display. The CCM system provides real-time monitoring of the combine harvester performance. Additionally, it is now possible for the first time to store performance data from the harvesting operation to ensure maximum efficiency.
Another highlight is the ability to store machine settings for different crop types. This makes it possible for the driver to get to work faster by selecting factory-programmed settings for each main crop type. Conveniently, this data can be uploaded to a second combine harvester, saving valuable time.
Other new features include the control panel under the roof with air conditioning settings, optimised air vents, and a self-locking sun visor. The air conditioning system – now with a new autoclimate function for even greater efficiency. There are also new dual inspection windows in the grain tank and a new grain sample outlet.
