Now three new 4-cylinder models have been added to the modular high tech system: 6155.4, 6165.4 and 6175.4 as a top-model. All are now featuring higher permissible weights (11,500 kg) and a longer wheelbase (2,543 mm) which guarantees a quiet and comfortable driving performance. The design of the 4-cylinder models has the family feeling of the 6-cylinder versions which were awarded “Tractor of the year for the design” already last year.
Thanks to SCR technology, the new economical Deutz TCD 4.1 4-cylinder engines with 156, 164 and 171 hp (115, 121 and 126 kW) fulfill the requirements for emissions Stage IV. The zippy engines offer a hefty starting torque and high torque reserves across a wide speed range. In addition to a compact cooling system, which can be opened completely and easily cleaned, the TTV models are also equipped with a new electric Visco fan.
For many other components, Deutz-Fahr uses the technology from the 6-cylinder models. The company from Lauingen is one of only a few manufacturers to offer customers a choice between three transmission variants: from the simple, manual five-speed powershift transmission with six forward powershift stages and three reverse stages (30+15 gears) and the newly developed fully automatic RCshift gearbox (30+15 gears, with creeper gear 54+27 gears) to the efficient TTV transmission for continuous driving and working from 0 to 50 km/h. For all transmissions, the maximum speed is achieved at a reduced engine speed to save fuel. On the RCshift models, the top speed of 50 km/h is reached with only 1,530 rpm, saving fuel and reducing noise.
Another unique feature of this tractor class is the front axle with independent suspension which is equipped with an antidive system and a booster brake system. This ensures maximum traction and safety in all situations.
The hydraulic system was also adopted from the 6-cylinder engines and can be configured individually depending on the range of use. The standard pump capacity is 84 l/min – a system with adjustable pump and a capacity of 120, 160 or 170 l/min according to the selected transmission is available upon request. Up to five electro-hydraulic auxiliary control valves can be selected at the rear, and two at the front. All electronic valves can be proportionally controlled.
The position-controlled front linkage (4,110 kg lifting capacity) is a new option for the TTV models. The 3-point hitch can be equipped with up to 4-outlets hydraulic valve and an ISOBUS interface at the front.
The rear linkage can lift up to 9,700 kg. Four PTO speeds at the rear (540, 540ECO, 1000, 1000ECO) as well as 1000 or 1000ECO at the front also come as a standard.
The new 4-cylinder models also provide premium comfort. The bright and friendly MaxiVision cab with the new InfoCentrePro , a new armrest as well as a variety of technical equipment variants sets standards with regard to all-round view and operating convenience. 4th Gen LED lights are available as option to enhance the visibility during night works. All models can be equipped with an Agrosky antenna and are thus ready for precision farming.
The new 4-cylinder models are now available from Deutz-Fahr dealers.
