The new location, on Galileo Galilei Street in Alcalá de Henares, very close to Madrid, has an area of 10,000 m², of which 4,600 m² are built. Shared with a Manitou Center, the official dealership of the brand for Madrid and Toledo, these new premises allows Manitou Group to exhibit its wide range of machinery and serve a greater number of customers in a more efficient way. This move will also benefit nearly 30 employees who make up Manitou Spain expertize.

All modern equipments requested for the training of dealers are on site. Thanks to these new facilities, technicians are able to work in complete safety with a higher efficiency. Independent offices and a large warehouse with loading dock to speed up the transfer of the machines are also part of this new place.

Joao Hebil, Managing Director of Manitou Spain comments: "These new premises will allow us to optimize our quality of service thanks to adapted spaces. We will offer a wider range of products to our customers, while being closer to our network of distributors".

Next to the offices, the new headquarters of Manitou Spain has an amphitheater designed to host presentations and seminars, as well as several rooms that expand the capacity of technical and commercial training. The training center occupies 250 m² of the new facilities will receive around 300 people in the year, being able to carry out three training sessions simultaneously.

Likewise, its location also offers wide advantages: it is placed in a strategic location close to one of the main access roads to the capital and next to the airport.
