Marketing Manager
for Hungary, reporting to the Marketing Manager Eastern Europe
Overall Responsibility
The Marketing Manager will have overall responsibility and accountability for the development, implementation and measurement of integrated marketing programs in Hungary that increase company and product awareness and knowledge; generate leads, and support the sales organization.
Responsibilities include
Develops comprehensive, integrated marketing programs including: Objectives, Target Segments, Key Messages, Trade shows, Seminars, Direct marketing programs, Newsletters, Awards and other programs that support general marketing and sales activities
Gathers, reviews and analyses market research, industry and customer data to develop strategies and tactics to enhance product group objectives and goals and determine feasibility of new products, competitor activities and new market penetration
Develops marketing tools, sales aids and communications for the designated segment of end user groups. Coordinates and provides input advertising and media selection. Serves as a consultant and supports the sales force through presentations and training to end-users.
Serves as a consultant and support the sales force on new trends and strategies. Participates in the work of the Eastern European Marketing Team
Our requirements
Good general knowledge of the seed business and agricultural markets is a must, marketing background is a strong advantage
Interest in analytical approaches and inter-disciplinary projects (link technical and scientific topics with business needs).
Excellent command for English effectively communicating in a multinational environment
Strong experience in using PC software, competence in data analysis, statistics and reporting/presentation tools.
Willingness to travel within Hungary and sometimes in EE countries and to work with multiple crops and teams.

Marketing Analyst
for Eastern Europe, reporting to the Operative Marketing Manager Eastern Europe
Overall Responsibility
The Marketing Analyst will report to the Marketing Director for Eastern Europe and Supports the East European marketing and sales teams.
Monitor, collect, analyze and interpret data from different Market Studies, Brand Image Studies, databases and ad hoc surveys.
Responsibilities include
Report analysis competitor environment and customer behavior.
Provide analysis and insight on supporters to drive business decision making and planning
Support the marketing and advertising campaigns in Eastern European countries with market analysis according the instructions of Eastern European Marketing Manager
Our requirements
College/University degree in Economy or Agrarian sciences
Professional practice in PC applications such as Excel and Access.
Practice in independent work in data analysis
Proficiency in statistical application (such as Minitab).
Demonstrated creativity.
Proficient in English.
Ability to effectively communicate in written, verbal, and electronic formats.
