The Supervisory Board regrets Mr. Fille’s departure and would like to thank him for the work he has accomplished over the last twelve years and in particular for stabilising the Group’s financial situation over the first half of 2009.
The Supervisory Board also approved the proposal by Mr. Jean-Christophe Giroux, President and CEO to appoint Mr. Hervé Rochet, Financial Director, Mr. Jérôme Tertrais, Human Resources Director and Mr. Hervé Saulais, General Secretary to the Group’s Executive Committee. In this new organisation, Mr. Saulais will act as secretary to the Board and will supervise all legal, information systems, internal auditing and communications functions.
Mr. Hervé Rochet, Financial Director, will be in charge of the financial communications.
Mr. Hervé Saulais, 42, spent 3 years within the Alcatel-Alsthom Group (1991- 1993), after which he occupied subsidiary management controller positions at Manitou from 1994 to 1997. Then, from 1998 to 2007, he took over the management of an industrial SME before joining the SFERT (Manitou group control holding company) as representative. He holds a DESS in Strategy from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
